A police post located near the Asempaneye Forest has been destroyed by fire. The incident occurred on July 7, 2026.
An Assembly Member for the Asempaneye Electoral Area, Shadrack Oppong Mintah, received information about the fire.
He was alerted by people travelling through the area who witnessed the blaze.
The Ghana Police Service is investigating the incident.
The cause of the fire and the identity of those responsible are currently unknown.
