Lawyer Abraham Amaliba, who works for the National Democratic Congress NDC, has spoken about how people are arrested. He is the Director of Conflict Resolution for the NDC.
He said that governments should not be blamed when security agencies make arrests that seem very forceful. He described these as 'Rambo-style' arrests.
Amaliba explained that these types of arrests are carried out by the security agencies on their own. He stated that no government is responsible for the way these agencies conduct their operations.
