Director of Conflict Resolution for the National Democratic Congress NDC Lawyer Abraham Amaliba has spoken about forceful arrests.
He stated that aggressive and forceful arrests are not the fault of any government.
Amaliba said these operations are conducted by the security agencies themselves.
He rejected claims that successive governments are responsible for these actions.
