Citi FM journalist Umaru Sanda Amadu has called on the Inspector-General of Police to investigate a collision he says he saw between a police patrol vehicle and a motorbike near the Ridge Roundabout in Accra.
According to Chale News, citing GhanaWeb, he described the incident in a Facebook post, saying the rider lost consciousness and questioning why officers did not take him to a nearby hospital.
He said he could not confirm whether officers were waiting for an ambulance or the rider's condition.
The Ghana Police Service had not issued a statement on the incident.
