A witness in the Sky Train court case did not show up for a scheduled hearing. This is the second witness presented by the Attorney General. The witness, Kofi Boakye Esq., was expected in court on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
His absence followed a court session the day before. During that session, the lawyer for the first person accused in the case questioned Mr. Boakye.
The court case involves Solomon Asamoah and Professor Christopher Ameyaw Akumfi. The case is known as the Sky Train case.
The reason for the witness's absence from court was not immediately known.
Further court dates will be set to continue the trial.
