A lawyer has explained that the will of the late Apostle Dr Kwadwo Safo Kantanka does not name a specific person to lead the Kristo Asafo Mission. Kwame Akufo, a private legal practitioner, made this clarification.

The will was recently read at the Accra High Court. Its contents have led to new discussions about who should take over leadership of the church.

Mr Akufo stated that the document itself does not grant leadership of the mission to any individual. This means the will does not directly appoint a successor.

Further details regarding the leadership succession are now a subject of debate and future decisions.
