The Accra High Court has completed the Case Management Conference for the Menzgold Ghana Limited trial. Nana Appiah Mensah, also known as NAM1, has filed his witness statement.

The court has set July 17 for the cross-examination of NAM1. This is part of the ongoing legal proceedings against the founder of the defunct gold dealership.

The Case Management Conference is a step where both sides of a trial agree on how the case will proceed. This includes what evidence will be used and when things will happen.

Menzgold customers lost large sums of money when the company collapsed. Many reported their investments were not paid back as promised.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the financial activities of Menzgold and its executives.

The court is looking into allegations surrounding the company's operations and financial dealings.
