A court has remanded 14 people involved in a demolition in Gomoa East. Two of the remanded individuals are alleged landguards. The other 12 are said to be national security operatives.
The Kasoa Ofaakor Circuit Court issued the remand order on Friday, February 20, 2025. Her Honour Nana Asantewaa Attakorah presided over the court session.
The individuals were taken into police custody. They will await further court proceedings.
This action follows a demolition exercise. The exercise occurred in the Gomoa East District.
