The Court of Appeal has dismissed a second effort by former Assin Central Member of Parliament Kennedy Agyapong to halt a defamation lawsuit. The lawsuit was brought by Kwesi Twum, the Chief Executive Officer of the Multimedia Group.
The case also involves the Multimedia Group and Joy FM. Mr Agyapong sought to stop the ongoing legal proceedings against him.
