A court has dismissed a lawsuit that aimed to stop the Ayawaso East by-election. The case was brought forward by a group called Democracy Hub, led by Oliver Barker-Vormawor.
The court made its decision on Monday, March 2.
Following the court's ruling, Mr. Barker-Vormawor indicated the next steps.
He said that the by-election will go ahead if no further legal application is filed before 3 PM.
