A magistrates court in Ikorodu has given the green light for DNA tests to be performed on Liam, the son of the late singer Mohbad. This action is intended to confirm the child’s paternity.

The court has authorized the use of three laboratories located abroad for the tests. One laboratory is situated in the United States, and two are in the United Kingdom.

The approval came after a court session concerning the late singer’s estate and family matters. The late singer’s father’s counsel, Oladayo Ogungbe, announced the court’s decision.

This legal development aims to resolve questions surrounding Liam’s parentage. The court’s decision is a step towards providing clarity for all parties involved.
