Police in Koforidua have arrested a fourteen year old boy. He is suspected of defiling a seven year old girl.
The arrest was made by the Ghana Police Service.
The alleged crime took place in the Oyoko-Aboaso community. This area is near Koforidua.
The incident reportedly happened at the home of the fourteen year old boy.
The young girl was allegedly defiled there.
The suspect is currently in police custody.
Police are continuing their investigation into the matter.
