Power supply is now stable in several parts of Accra. The Ministry of Energy and Green Transition confirmed that problems causing power outages have been fixed.

Areas affected included Achimota, Dodowa, Tesano, Tantra, and Lakeside. These areas experienced disruptions to their electricity supply.

According to a statement from Richmond Rockson, Spokesperson and Director of Communication at the Ministry, a technical team worked on the issue.

The fault affected a power feeder that supplies electricity to these communities. The team successfully resolved the technical problem.

The repairs were completed at approximately 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday. This allowed for power to be restored to the affected areas.

The Ministry stated that power supply is largely stable following these repairs. Residents in the mentioned areas can now expect consistent electricity.
