The International Justice Mission, known as IJM, has pointed out three important things needed to stop child trafficking for good. These are having money that lasts, teaming up with other groups, and using good information.

Andy Griffiths, who leads IJM in Africa and Europe, shared these ideas. He spoke on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at a big meeting in Accra called the National Justice Conference.

Griffiths explained that these three things are essential. They will help make real progress in protecting children from being exploited.

The IJM leader encouraged Ghanaian officials to think about these points. He urged them to make them a priority when planning how to spend money on protecting children.

Child trafficking means people are forced to work or do other things against their will, often for money. Children are especially vulnerable to this.

By having steady money, IJM and other organizations can plan long-term work. This helps them reach more children and provide consistent support.

Partnerships mean different groups, like the police, government agencies, and charities, can work together. This sharing of skills and resources makes the fight stronger.

Using data involves collecting and analyzing information about trafficking. This helps to understand the problem better and find the most effective solutions.
