Ghana's path to economic recovery is facing serious threats. Weak consumption and a high unemployment rate are major concerns.

Databank Research highlighted these issues. The firm stated these factors pose a greater threat to the nation's economic rebound.

The research also includes a positive forecast for inflation. Databank Research predicts the headline inflation rate will drop to 5.09% by the end of 2026.

This expected decline is below the central bank's target. The central bank aims for an 8% inflation rate, with a margin of 200 basis points.
