A teacher accused of assaulting a student at Nyinahin Senior High School was re-arraigned before the Nyinahin District Court on Friday. Eric Apaflo Buernortey, 39, faces a charge of assault.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge. This marks the second appearance in court for Buernortey regarding this incident.
