Larry Dogbe is appealing a court's decision to send him to jail for seven days. He is the Managing Editor of The Herald newspaper.

A High Court handed down the sentence. Dogbe disagrees with this punishment.

He has asked the Court of Appeal to review the case. He hopes they will set aside his conviction.

Dogbe also wants the court to declare the earlier order void. This is the interlocutory injunction order.

If the court does not cancel the conviction, Dogbe has another request. He wants the jail sentence changed to a non-custodial one.
