The Awutu Ofaakor Circuit Court has remanded 12 individuals identified as National Security officers. Two land guards were also remanded in the same case.
Her Honour Nana Asantewaa Attakorah presided over the court proceedings.
The individuals are connected to the unlawful demolition of more than 60 buildings. These structures were under construction.
The incident took place in Gomoa Akoti, which is located in the Gomoa East District.
The court ordered the remand of the 14 suspects as part of the ongoing investigation.
