Legal practitioner Oliver Barker-Vormawor has stated his intention to appeal a High Court ruling.
The court ordered him to pay GH₵5.1 million in damages to Albert Kan Dapaah, former National Security Minister.
Barker-Vormawor alleges that the court proceedings were flawed.
He made these claims on social media following the court decision on March 2.
