The Accra High Court has dismissed an application to block Baba Jamal from being recognized as a candidate.
Democracy Hub had asked the court to prevent the Electoral Commission from naming him as the NDC candidate.
This concerned the upcoming by-election in Ayawaso East.
The court ruled against Democracy Hub’s request to stop the Electoral Commission.
