Lawyer Gary Nimako has expressed strong criticism of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO).
He stated that the bail conditions being imposed are excessively punitive.
Mr. Nimako believes these bail terms are unconstitutional.
He spoke about these issues on the Ekosii Sen show on Asempa FM.
The lawyer questioned the actions of EOCO's Executive Director, Raymond Archer.
Mr. Nimako suggested that EOCO's investigative practices are also questionable.
He highlighted that these concerns were raised during a radio discussion.
