The Director-General of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), COP Lydia Yarkor Donkor, has ordered the Headmaster of Swedru School of Business (SWESBUS) to hand over students linked to a recent assault.
A 24-hour deadline was set by the police for the students to be produced. This instruction was given following a violent incident that took place in Agona Swedru.
COP Donkor stated that if the students are not presented within the given timeframe, the police will enter the school premises to find them.
The police emphasize that there will be serious consequences if the Headmaster does not follow this directive. This action aims to ensure justice for the violent incident. Officials did not detail the nature of the assault or the number of students involved.
