The Director-General of the Criminal Investigations Department, COP Lydia Yarkor Donkor, demanded the students.
She gave the headmaster of Swedru School of Business (SWESBUS) a 24-hour deadline.
The students are involved in a violent incident in Agona Swedru.
COP Donkor stated failure to produce the students would result in serious consequences.
The police will storm the school if the deadline is not met, a police statement said.
Investigations into the assault are ongoing.
