The Health Services Workers Union (HSWU) has called for thoughtful consideration before blaming healthcare workers.
This request follows public debate sparked by two recent incidents involving healthcare professionals.
HSWU General Secretary Mr Franklyn Owusu Ansah spoke at a press conference on February 26.
He urged Ghanaians to avoid making blanket accusations against medical staff.
Mr. Owusu Ansah emphasized that investigations are needed before any punishment is considered.
The union wants to ensure fairness for health workers.
They believe rushing to judgment can harm the reputation of dedicated professionals.
HSWU is committed to upholding standards while also protecting its members from unfair criticism.
