The Narcotics Control Commission is concerned about students getting involved in illegal drugs. Alexander Twum-Barimah, Deputy Director General for Enforcement, Control and Elimination at NACOC, shared this worry.

He said that students are increasingly involved in selling and distributing illicit substances across Ghana. This trend is becoming a significant concern for the commission.

Mr. Twum-Barimah highlighted this issue during an interview on a television program. He described the situation as one of the most worrying developments NACOC has observed.

The commission is looking into ways to address this problem. Further details on their plans will be released.
