The Ghana Police Service is looking into the death of a 15-year-old girl. The girl drowned in a stream in the Volta Region.
The incident happened on Sunday afternoon. It took place in the Dada Stream near Wovenu Senior High Technical School.
The Ketu North Municipality of the Volta Region is where the stream is located. The deceased has been identified as Dadoe Dedzo.
She reportedly drowned shortly after returning to the stream. Police have begun an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death.
