Government spokesperson Felix Kwakye Ofosu announced that assets belonging to Bernard Antwi-Boasiako have been frozen. This action is part of an ongoing investigation into suspected financial crimes.
The total value of the frozen accounts is approximately GH₵50 million. This measure was reportedly taken by the Economic and Organised Crime Office.
The announcement was made on the program PM Express. Mr Kwakye Ofosu is the Member of Parliament for Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese.
