Edem Senanu, a campaigner against corruption, has asked the Office of the Special Prosecutor to investigate the Aksa Power Generation project.
Senanu wants the investigation to look at the total financial losses, not just a possible bribe.
He stated that investigators should determine if Ghana got good value from the project.
The campaigner believes the inquiry should be broader than just confirming if a bribe was paid.
