Sammi Awuku, who is also the Member of Parliament for Akuapem North, has refuted claims of his arrest.
Reports suggested that the Economic and Organised Crime Office EOCO had arrested him on Saturday, August 15.
Mr. Awuku stated that these reports are false.
He further described the allegations as unfounded.
The former NLA boss made these statements to clarify the situation.
