A Ghana Police Service officer has reportedly detained a colleague from the Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD) on suspicion of unlawfully accepting money from commercial drivers.
The incident, captured in a viral video, shows the MTTD officer allegedly soliciting and receiving cash from trotro drivers. The arresting officer intervened, leading to the detention of his colleague amidst the ongoing operation.
