The Office of the Special Prosecutor OSP has withdrawn charges against Albert Ankrah. He is the Director of Kel Logistics.
The OSP is now preparing to file a new set of charges. These will be against Mustapha Abdul-Hamid. He is the former head of the National Petroleum Authority NPA.
Other accused persons will also face new charges. These concern the SML scandal.
