The Office of the Special Prosecutor has dropped corruption charges against Albert Ankrah. Ankrah is the director of Kel Logistics.
This decision was made in relation to a corruption case involving the National Petroleum Authority NPA.
Ankrah is now expected to act as a prosecution witness.
He will testify against former NPA Chief Executive Officer Mustapha Hamid. Nine other individuals are also accused in the case.
The Special Prosecutor's Office is leading the effort to prosecute.
