The state has filed an amended charge sheet in the criminal case involving Osei Assibey Antwi. The number of charges against the former National Service Authority (NSA) boss has been increased to 21.
Previously, Mr. Assibey Antwi faced 14 charges. The court filing now lists 21 charges with revised details of the alleged offenses.
Osei Assibey Antwi served as the Executive Director of the NSA. His tenure was from September 2021 until January 2025.
Mr. Assibey Antwi has entered a plea of not guilty to all the charges laid against him.
The amended charge sheet was filed by the prosecution. Further court proceedings will follow a review of the new charges.
