Oil marketing companies in Ghana are facing significant difficulties because fuel prices keep changing in unexpected ways. Riverson Oppong, the Chief Executive Officer of the Chamber of Oil Marketing Companies (COMAC), highlighted this problem.

He explained that these constant price shifts create a difficult environment for businesses that sell fuel. Marketers are finding it hard to plan and manage their operations effectively.

The situation puts pressure on their finances. The uncertainty makes it challenging to set prices for consumers and manage stock levels.

This instability affects the entire supply chain of fuel distribution in the country.
