The New Patriotic Party NPP has raised concerns about the bail conditions set by the Economic and Organised Crime Office EOCO. Henry Nana Boakye, the NPP National Organiser, spoke out against these conditions.

Boakye stated that every person accused of a crime is considered innocent until proven guilty. He believes the government is practicing selective justice.

He specifically criticized the bail terms given to some suspects. Boakye suggested these terms are designed to punish individuals before they have been tried in court.

These comments were made during a broadcast on Friday, August 7. The NPP official expressed his views on the fairness of the legal process.
