A member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has suggested selling the presidential jet. Dela Edem believes the money from the sale could be used for development projects.
Edem stated that the country should focus on development. He believes this is important before acquiring new aircraft.
Ghana's current presidential jet is a Dassault Falcon 900. It was recently transported to France for its annual maintenance.
Edem shared these views during a discussion on Adom FM.
The aircraft is used for official government travel.
