Dela Edem, a communicator for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has urged the government to sell the country’s presidential jet.
He made this suggestion, stating that the proceeds from the sale could be used to fund essential development projects across Ghana.
Edem voiced his opinion during a discussion on Adom FM's Dwaso Nsem program.
He specifically mentioned the Dassault Falcon 900 aircraft. This jet was recently sent to France for its annual maintenance.
The NDC communicator believes using the jet's sale value for development is a priority before considering a new aircraft.
