A spokesperson for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has urged the government to sell the country's presidential jet. Dela Edem said the proceeds could fund important development projects.
Edem suggested this plan should happen before the government buys a new jet. The current aircraft, a Dassault Falcon 900, was recently sent to France for its annual maintenance.
He made these remarks during a discussion on Adom FM's Dwaso Nsem program. Edem believes the sale would be a practical step for national benefit.
