A National Democratic Congress (NDC) communicator has urged the government to sell the presidential jet. Dela Edem believes the sale proceeds would be better used for national development initiatives.
Edem spoke on Adom FM’s Dwaso Nsem program. He stated that the country's Dassault Falcon 900 aircraft was recently sent to France.
The NDC communicator suggested that selling the jet now would allow funds to be directed towards pressing national needs. This should happen before any decision is made to acquire a new aircraft.
