Dennis Miracles Aboagye has visited several ghetto communities in Accra. He went to thank the residents. They showed him support during his recent arrest.
Aboagye is an aide to Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party.
He was arrested by officers of the Ghana Immigration Service. The arrest was related to alleged financial and procurement offences.
The exact nature of the alleged offences is currently under investigation by EOCO.
Aboagye expressed his gratitude for the solidarity shown by the community members.
His visit highlights the support he received during a challenging period.
