The management of Metro Mass Transit Limited is determined to stop unauthorized construction at the Opera Square Bus Terminal in Accra. This action is planned to help traders who use the terminal.

The company accuses the government of a corrupt plan involving the sale of parts of the bus terminal. They call it a 'create, loot and share' agenda.

Haroun Apaw-Wiredu, the Deputy Managing Director of Metro Mass Transit, told reporters on March 12 that his company will take steps to end this development.

The management believes these developments are not legal and are happening without proper permission. They want to ensure the terminal serves its intended purpose for public transport and traders.
