An Accra Circuit Court has granted bail to Saif Ahamad. He is the Managing Director of Ali PVT Ghana Limited.
Ahamad was granted bail in the amount of GH¢150,000. He must provide two sureties.
The charges involve allegations of issuing five dud cheques. These cheques were valued at GH¢600,000.
