Patricia Appiagyei, who is the Deputy Minority Leader and Member of Parliament for Asokwa, has denied a document circulating in the media.

The document purports to show her admitting to receiving GH¢70,000. This money was allegedly connected to the vetting of nominees for ministerial and Supreme Court positions.

Madam Appiagyei stated that the memorandum is fake. She has publicly refuted its authenticity.

The claims involve alleged bribery during parliamentary vetting processes.
