Former Minister for Trade and Industry, Kobina Tahir Hammond, has rejected findings in a report concerning a GH¢89.4 million debt.
Hammond described the allegation of a fictitious debt linked to the One District One Factory programme as preposterous.
He stated the claims are an attempt to damage his reputation.
The controversy follows findings in a Bank Transfer Advice.
Hammond has threatened legal action against the Attorney General, Godfred Yeboah Dame, and the Auditor General, Johnson Akuamoah Asiedu.
He demands the withdrawal of the report from Parliament.
