Former Minister of Trade and Industry Kobina Tahir Hammond has threatened legal action. He is demanding the withdrawal of a report concerning the One District One Factory program.
The report alleges a fictitious GH¢89.4 million debt linked to the program. Hammond has described this claim as "preposterous".
He believes the allegation is a deliberate attempt to damage his reputation. This controversy follows findings in a Bank Transfer Advice.
Hammond is calling for the relevant authorities to withdraw the report submitted to Parliament. He has stated he will take the matter to court if the report is not removed.
