Former Minister for Trade and Industry, Kobina Tahir Hammond, is demanding the withdrawal of a report from Parliament. He stated he will pursue legal action if the report is not removed.

The report allegedly links a GH¢89.4 million debt to the government's One District One Factory program. Hammond described the claims of fictitious debt as "preposterous".

He believes the allegations are a deliberate effort to damage his personal reputation. This controversy arises from findings contained in a Bank Transfer Advice.
