This stolen water was reportedly sold to tanker operators. The operation involved tapping into Ghana Water Limited’s supply lines.
The person believed to be behind this illegal activity is Nana Sarpong.
He reportedly operated under the company name Naspon Limited.
Ghana Water Limited officials are investigating the full extent of the illegal diversion.
