The Ghana Gold Board has signed a GH¢27.5 million agreement. The deal is with the Ghana Geological Survey Authority.

This agreement will fund geological investigations. These will take place in the Funsi, Atuna, and Bensere East areas.

The goal is to gather better data for mining in Ghana. This is intended to make mining operations more informed.

The agreement was signed yesterday. It is the first part of a larger plan.

This plan aims to generate reliable geological information.
