Godfred Yeboah Dame, who is representing Hanan Abdul-Wahab, has raised questions about his client's arrest.
Abdul-Wahab is the former Chief Executive Officer of the National Food Buffer Stock Company NAFCO.
Dame stated that he was denied access to his client after Abdul-Wahab was taken into custody.
