The Ghana Integrated Aluminium Development Corporation GIADEC has agreed to work with an Italian company called Danieli Officine Meccaniche. This agreement is a Memorandum of Understanding.

The deal is worth €300 million. It will help create a new aluminum foil rolling plant.

A learning center that focuses on excellence will also be built. This will happen in the Tema Heavy Industrial Zone.

The agreement was signed at a special event. It involves important leaders from both Ghana and Italy.

This project is expected to greatly improve Ghana's capacity to process aluminum.

It aims to add more value to the country's bauxite resources.

The initiative is part of GIADEC's broader plan to develop Ghana's aluminum sector.

This will create jobs and boost economic growth in the country.
